We do not have a wall of stranger logos yet, and we will not pretend to. Instead we run the product on our own portfolio, seven engagements over, each with an engagement letter, onboarding, Monday Reports, a 30/60/90 review and an attestation at handover. The honesty is the differentiator. The first external attestations replace these cards one by one.

Live numbers are wired to the Analyst seat as each engagement publishes its Monday Report. This site is engagement zero: it was baselined at launch and is reviewed at 30, 60 and 90 days like every other. The "operated by a GRABS team" badge ships on each card the day it is true.
