Priced like staffing, not software.
You already know how to buy interim staff. A GRABS team is priced the same way. The logic is below; the anchor figures are published as they are set.
Anchored to the interim day rate
A GRABS team is priced against the day rate of the human interim equivalent it replaces or augments, and charged at a fraction of it. The fraction is published with the anchors. Never per-seat, never a SaaS subscription.
Fixed term, outcome-priced
Typically a 90-day engagement with defined outcomes and caps. You buy a job done, not a licence to a tool.
No employment overhead
No recruitment fee, no on-costs, no notice period beyond the term. The team is gone when the job is done, and renewal is the natural upsell.
Vault First, when needed
If your knowledge is not ready, structuring it is a paid first phase. It is the floor of every engagement, and it is the asset you keep whatever else happens.
Start with a number you can act on now
The Process Diagnostic: one process, one week, at a fixed price confirmed when you book.
The measured picture of one process, the Role Card for the hire that would fix it, and the readiness list. Yours to keep whether or not you hire.
Anchors published when set
We are setting the day-rate anchors now and will publish them here. In the meantime, a scoping call gives you a real number for your job, against your numbers.
How we count savings
Every engagement ends the month with a savings report, and every figure on it traces to an event we logged and a price you signed. The method, the three columns and a worked example are public.
Whatever you pay, this is the floor
The least any client ever receives is a complete structuring of their company's knowledge, the vault, and a step change in their knowledge management.
