We run the model on ourselves first.
We do not have a wall of stranger logos yet, and we will not pretend to. Instead we run the model on our own portfolio, five engagements over, each with an engagement letter, onboarding, Monday Reports, a 30/60/90 review and an attestation at handover. The honesty is the differentiator. The first external attestations replace these cards one by one.
Nothing here is offered as proof of what your engagement will deliver. It is the record of what ours did, published as we run it, so you can judge the ceremony before you buy the result.

What the team did
We hired a PMO team against the office of the portfolio lead. It holds the vault of decisions and owners, writes the portfolio Monday Report, and chases every commitment across the ventures. Caps in code, nothing shipped without approval.
The outcome
A portfolio Monday Report now ships every week without the founder assembling it, and founder load is visible on a page rather than carried in a head. Baselined at launch; measured at 30, 60 and 90 days like every engagement we sell.
